Privacy notice

When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, exact address, community, service type, problem, urgency, sharing consent, whether you have heat for HVAC requests, your preferred contact method, and anything optional you choose to add (email, notes, furnace brand and age).

We use this information to respond to your request. Matching local HVAC or plumbing contractors receive the issue and community; the contractor who accepts receives your contact information, exact address and notes. The owner receives your request details. We do not sell your information.

To prevent abuse, we store a hashed connection identifier and submission attempt counts for a custom submission limit.

If advertising measurement is enabled, your email and phone may be converted into an irreversible code (hashed) before being shared with Google Ads to measure whether ads led to requests, only when you have agreed to be contacted.
